Jolene Bulger

Jolene Bulger, CPA, has extensive experience in auditing and financial management, having held various roles at prominent companies. Jolene began with CliftonLarsonAllen in November 2011, progressing from Staff Auditor to Senior Auditor and Assurance Manager until November 2014. Jolene then served as Internal Audit Manager at Sunrise Banks from December 2015 to February 2017, and subsequently became Associate Director at Värde Partners from February 2017 to January 2020. After a tenure as Director at Värde Partners from January 2020 to May 2022, Jolene rejoined CLA in May 2022 as Director of Fund Administration and CAAS Chief Financial Officer, a position held until October 2025. Jolene holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
