Julie Helms

Julie Helms currently serves as Director at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since March 2022. Prior to this role, Julie was the Director of Specialty Tax Services at Lurie, LLP from April 2018 to March 2022, and held the position of Cost Segregation Senior Manager at Eide Bailly LLP between October 2013 and March 2018. Julie began a career in tax as a Senior Tax Associate at Ernst & Young from July 2008 to October 2013 and gained experience as an Audit Intern at the Minnesota Office of the State Auditor in 2007. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Minnesota State Moorhead, completed in 2008, and possesses expertise in federal and state tax compliance, repairs and maintenance studies, FIN 48 implementation, state and local tax analysis, and research and development credit studies.
