Karen Roy is a seasoned accounting professional with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. They have held various roles, including Payroll Manager, Realtor, and Office Manager, and currently serve as the Controller at CLA, leading the NJ CAAS Real Estate Team. Karen is also a dedicated community member, holding multiple positions at Trinity Church, including Treasurer and Director of the Altar Guild, and they were recently honored with the Rector's Cross Award. In addition to their professional achievements, they serve on the Board of Trustees for the Episcopal Diocese of Newark and received the David P Hegg II Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024.
