Ronni Barb

Ronni Barb is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Relationship Leader at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen), where they focus on building long-term partnerships and enhancing talent acquisition strategies. Prior to their current role, Ronni served as the Director of Client Relationship Management at both HRD Advisory Group and Avancos, contributing to innovative recruitment practices. Ronni began their career as a Human Resources, Communications, and Marketing Intern at Brighter Minds Media, and further developed their recruiting skills at PrincetonOne and UNICON International. They hold a B.S. and B.A. in Strategic Communication and Psychology from The Ohio State University.
