Vinh Tran

Vinh Tran, CPA, is a seasoned professional in tax and accounting with extensive experience. Currently serving as Director at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since December 2023, Vinh specializes in SALT (State and Local Tax) and M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions). Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager in KPMG's SALT National Strategic Services Group from October 2006 to July 2023, along with responsibilities as a National Instructor at KPMG Tax Business School, focusing on SALT Fundamentals. Vinh's earlier career features auditing businesses for Washington Excise Taxes at the State of Washington from 2004 to 2006, and internships in accounting and marketing at HDR and the University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics, respectively. Vinh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Washington Foster School of Business and an MBA from Washington State University.
