Ester Ventura

Ester Ventura is an experienced HR professional with a focus on payroll management and coordination. Currently serving as HR Payroll Manager and Teamlead at Claes Retail Group since January 2022, Ester also holds a long-standing position at JBC, where roles have included HR Payroll Coördinator, HR Payroll Specialist, HR Officer, and Medewerker personeels- en juridische dienst since July 2000. Previous experience includes work as an Administratief medewerker at Belesco - Essers from October 1999 to July 2000. Ester holds a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfsbeheer Rechtspraktijk from Hogeschool PXL, completed in 1999, and is currently enhancing skills at Mensura since 2014.
