Yme van der Wal is a seasoned M&A adviser with over 20 years of experience specializing in national and international mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the ICT, services, and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a partner at Walmac - Van der Wal M&A Consultancy since April 2015, Yme van der Wal is also an investor in Procam and Clafis Ingenieus, and previously held the position of partner at Festos Management & Participaties. Prior roles include owner of PhiDelphi Corporate Finance, M&A advisor at Reitsma & Wertheim & Partners, and accountant at Arthur Andersen. Yme van der Wal holds an MSc in Accounting from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Groningen.
