Yvar van Oosten

Yvar van Oosten is a civil engineer currently working at CLAFIS Ingenieus since September 2022, where responsibilities include civil engineering projects. Prior experience at CLAFIS Ingenieus involved conducting research on the sustainability and future viability of weirs in the water management area 'De Onlanden' during an internship from September 2021 to June 2022. Yvar also served as head coach for youth teams at SV Lycurgus from August 2019 to June 2022 and worked as a restocker at Albert Heijn from July 2018 to April 2022. Additional internships at Kenniscentrum NoorderRuimte and Royal HaskoningDHV involved research on a heating network for Hollum on Ameland and improving traffic flow on the N360, respectively. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Built Environment with a focus on civil engineering from Hanze University and a HAVO diploma in Nature and Technology from CSG Augustinus. Further professional development included training at CROW in May 2023.
