Fiorella Solís Vargas

Fiorella Solís Vargas has worked in various roles since 2000. Fiorella began their career at the Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad as an Ingeniera de procesos, where they conducted research, analysis, and development of a project for a database for knowledge administration, analyzed and evaluated bids, and controlled the quality of administrative processes in the department. In 2001, they joined BAC Credomatic as an Analista de Procesos - Regionalización de servicios, where they identified training requirements for products and services on the internet, prepared materials and trained departments in Central America, and provided support and answered queries about internet services and products in Central America. In 2005, they worked as an Ingeniera de Calidad y Procesos at Improsa Banca de Inversión and as an Ingeniera de Gestión de Calidad at VOLIO & TREJOS ASOCIADOS S.A. In 2007, they joined COOPEMEP R.L. as a Coordinadora de Proyectos, Procesos y Calidad, where they participated in the strategic planning of the organization, designed, developed and implemented institutional projects, and coordinated between internal and external resources for the development of new projects. In 2016, they joined CLAI Group as a Project Management Officer /Ejecutiva de Cuenta, where they were responsible for providing highly personalized advice to an assigned portfolio of clients, monitoring service satisfaction in order to drive the generation of new business, and frequently contacting assigned clients to monitor service. Fiorella also coordinated with areas involved in the design, development, and implementation of new products or modifications to existing ones, ensuring compliance with the activities to be carried out in the design, development and project plan and making adjustments to the plan as necessary.

Fiorella Solís Vargas obtained a Licenciatura in Ingeniería Industrial from Universidad Fidélitas in 2000. In 2021, they earned a Scrum Master Professional Certificate from CertiProf.
