Wade Williams has extensive experience in the senior living industry. Wade has held various roles over the years, starting their career as an Area Director of Community Relations at Sunrise Senior Living. Wade then moved on to become an Area Sales Manager at the same company, where they achieved high occupancy rates and added new residents to the net census. After that, they joined Banyan Senior Living as the Vice President of Marketing Services, where they successfully developed and managed the corporate sales and marketing program for four CCRC properties. Williams then joined Enlivant as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for the South Carolina region. Wade later became a Division Vice President of Sales and Marketing, responsible for managing the sales and marketing programs for 33 communities across multiple states. In their most recent role at Phoenix Senior Living, Williams served as both the Director of Sales and Marketing/Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales for the New Jersey and South Carolina regions. Currently, Williams holds the position of Regional Director of Sales at Claiborne Senior Living. Throughout their career, they have consistently achieved occupancy and revenue goals, increased net census, and enhanced sales and marketing systems to drive business growth.
