Jay Hernandez

Jay Hernandez is currently working as an IT Applications Manager at Claim Assist Solutions and Allcat Claims Service. Prior to these roles, Jay established The Computer Guy, an information technology consulting business aimed at serving the community of San Antonio, Texas. With a background as a Technical Support Engineer II at MBS Secure and Desktop Support Analyst at C.H. Guenther & Son, Jay has extensive experience in the IT field. Jay also held the position of Desktop Support Technician at Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas, Inc. Jay holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Science from San Antonio College and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society International.
