Andrew Soha has over 15 years of work experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. Andrew currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at ClaimDOC, where they help health plans establish fair reimbursement rates and achieve cost control. Prior to this, they worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services for four years. Andrew also served as the Director of Group Benefits at National Planning Corporation and Regional Sales Manager at FirstSource Solutions. In addition, Andrew worked as a New Business Manager at CIGNA Healthcare and a Senior Sales Representative at Assurant Health earlier in their career.
Andrew Soha attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing. In 2001, they also studied Italian at Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo, focusing on Italian language and art history for a brief period. Additionally, in March 2006, Andrew obtained certification in Life including Variable Annuity & Health from the Florida Department of Financial Services.
