Maureen Kieu

Maureen Kieu has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst, Quality Assurance Coordinator, and Member Advocate at ClaimDOC since November 2019. Prior roles include Assistant Store Manager at Cy's Locker Room from August 2014 to October 2019 and Vendor at Peking Foods from June 2009 to June 2014, where Maureen was responsible for customer transactions and service. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Hollister Co. from November 2011 to May 2014 and interning at Gourley Consultant in 2013, where Maureen contributed to efficiency improvements and the creation of work instruction manuals.
