Pranav Dhande

Pranav Dhande has over 7 years of experience in the IT industry. Pranav started their career in 2013 as a Business Analyst at CenturySoft Private Limited, where they conducted project analysis, developed functional scope for projects, and provided expertise on the systems limitations/capabilities as they relate to the business goals. In 2014, they moved to Rapid Eagle Inc. as a Lead Business Analyst. In 2015, they joined Claim Genius as a Team Manager and an International Business Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for client interaction and requirement gathering, providing expertise on the systems limitations/capabilities as they relate to the business goals, and acting as a technical liaison between the technology department and the business customers.

Pranav Dhande has an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi College Of Engg and Research from 2009 to 2013. Pranav also has a High School degree from Paranjape School. Additionally, Pranav Dhande has obtained certifications in Managing Teams and New Manager Foundations from LinkedIn in December 2021, and a Scrum Foundations certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2020.
