T. Mark Fay

T. Mark Fay has a long and successful career in the insurance industry. T. Mark started their career at Progressive Corporation as a Branch Manager, where they established 24-hour claims and policy services. T. Mark then moved to CCC Information Services, where they took on the role of Director, New Products and was responsible for leading the operational arm of ACCESS, a network of certified collision repair facilities. After that, they joined Mitratech as Vice President, Claim Product Management, overseeing system development projects in the insurance claims space. Currently, they are the President of Claim Toolkit, a company they joined in 1997.

T. Mark Fay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, completing their studies from 1977 to 1981.
