Elio Torres

Elio Torres is an accomplished individual currently involved in multiple roles within business development, policy writing, and marketing. At Oceans, Elio co-designed a triangulation effort for Oceans Fund 3 and contributed to marketing initiatives at Etched. In the policy sphere, Elio serves as a Policy Writer for the White House Council on Native American Affairs, focusing on Indigenous Peoples' rights. Additionally, Elio holds the position of Policy Chair for the Quechua Initiative on Global Indigeneity at Harvard University, where initiatives include advancing Indigenous voter participation and moderating UN panels. With entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of an alcohol-free cocktail brand and a manager at Harvard University Dining Services, Elio demonstrates leadership in diverse environments, including serving as President of Harvard Men's Club Volleyball. Elio is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Analysis at Harvard University.
