Janet Oduor

Janet Oduor is a dedicated Director of People Operations with a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. They began their career managing daily operational functions at Trend Micro and later served as a Communications & HR Coordinator at The A List at Ashby Staffing. From 2019 to 2023, Janet worked as an Office & Facilities Coordinator at St. David's Foundation, where they enhanced employee experiences and supported HR functions. Currently, they oversee HR strategies at ClaimDeck and Hermes Law, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture and driving operational excellence. Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
