Catherine Zelenkofske

Catherine Zelenkofske is the Director of People Operations at GBX Group. Catherine has over eight years of experience in human resources, including developing career development tools, facilitating employee performance reviews, conducting compensation benchmarking analyses, and leading all hiring initiatives. Zelenkofske was featured in a Wall Street Journal article about their accomplishments in People Operations. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Research Assistant at Cornell University and as the Director of People Operations at WegoWise, Inc.

Catherine Zelenkofske has a B.S. in Natural Resources from Cornell University, an Environmental Studies degree from Bucknell University, and a certification from SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Catherine also went to Hawken School.

Catherine Zelenkofske reports to Drew Sparacia, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Lance Frew - Chief Operating Officer, Michael Moses - Executive Managing Director, Business Development, and Antonin Robert - President, Community Development.
