Amanda Cortes has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Amanda started their career in 2007 at Mark Lewis Tax Grievance Service, Inc as an Accounts Receivable employee until 2014. Amanda then joined Cisive in 2014, working in their Finance Department until 2016. From there, they moved on to ClaimFox, Inc where they held various positions: starting in the Finance Department from 2016 to 2019, then becoming the Customer Relations Department Manager from 2019 to 2020, and finally being promoted to the role of Global Operations Director in September 2020, a position they still hold.
Amanda Cortes attended Suffolk County Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting and Business/Management. Later, from 2003 to 2004, they attended the Institute of Culinary Education, specializing in Pastry and Baking Arts as part of their studies in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
