Samantha DeBrum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in background investigations and training. Currently serving as Senior Background Investigations Manager and Investigative Training Coordinator at Claims Bureau USA since July 2019, Samantha excels in onboarding and training new investigators, ensuring proficiency in conducting investigations and reporting. Previously, as a Senior Background Investigator, Samantha conducted comprehensive investigations across various domains, including insurance claims. Prior experience includes roles as Athletic Marketing Assistant at Southern New Hampshire University, where promotional strategies were developed, and as a Legal Intern at Allegro MicroSystems, contributing to contract management.
