Naomi Cogan

Naomi Cogan is an experienced professional in grants management and program development, currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at the Claims Conference since February 2010. In this role, Naomi manages a portfolio of grants focused on Holocaust-related research, education, and documentation for non-profit organizations globally. Prior to this, Naomi worked at UJA-Federation from March 1986 to March 2009, where responsibilities included overseeing the evaluation and approval process for grants, as well as developing requests for proposals and evaluation tools. Naomi also held the position of Planning Executive at UJA-Federation of New York during the same period. Naomi holds a Master of Social Work degree from Hunter College, completed in 1974.
