Souzi Stapleton

Director, Analytics And Stakeholder Initiatives at ClaimSecure Inc.

Souzi Stapleton has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Souzi started their career in 1994 at CIBC Finance as a Statistical Analyst before becoming a Supervisor, Customer Service, where they managed a team of 10-15 representatives and monitored call center service levels. In 1998, they joined ClaimSecure Inc. as a Business Analyst, creating customized claims reports and developing the company website. Souzi then became the Manager of New Business Development, identifying new revenue sources and negotiating partnerships.

In 2001, Souzi joined Cegedim Dendrite Canada Ltd. as a Manager of Client Services and later became a Sales & Marketing Consultant, providing expertise in sales and marketing strategies. In 2008, they returned to ClaimSecure Inc. as the Manager of Pharmaceutical Strategies. Souzi was responsible for pharmacy relations, contract negotiations, patient wellness initiatives, and data mining. From 2013, Souzi has been serving as the Director of Analytics and Stakeholder Initiatives at ClaimSecure Inc., overseeing corporate project sponsorship, branding, marketing, and acting as the ClaimSecure Privacy Officer.

Souzi Stapleton attended McMaster University from 1990 to 1997, where they pursued an Honours Bachelor of Science (Hons. B.Sc.) degree. Souzi'sfield of study was focused on Computer Science and Psychology.
