Jefferson Bessa

Jefferson Bessa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Jefferson began their career at FAESA as a Jr. Designer in Digital Marketing from June 2011 to December 2012. Jefferson then joined Universidade de Vila Velha (UVV) as a Product Designer from December 2012 to December 2018, where they focused on creating and improving projects for student-teacher interaction through digital platforms. Jefferson then worked as a Senior Product Designer at PicPay from February 2019 to August 2019, contributing to the creation of a Design System and improving the company's Inner Products. At Monese, from August 2019 to July 2020, Jefferson executed product design for the company's mobile apps and served as the principal designer for the web application. Jefferson then joined Wunder Mobility in March 2021 as a Senior Product Designer, and later took on additional roles as Lead Product Designer and Product Owner, responsible for design output, team leadership, and product vision. Most recently, Jefferson joined claimsforce in April 2023 as the Product Design Lead.

Jefferson Bessa earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Vila Velha - UVV, which they attended from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Industrial and Product Design from the same university, attending from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Jefferson has obtained certifications in service design, UX management, and creativity from reputable institutions such as The Interaction Design Foundation and Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF).
