- Sign in using your e-mail address and the password sent to you

- Allow the app to access your device camera

- No survey folder? Just slide down to refresh the app to see your claims

- Open a folder and you’ll see the claim information; its number, appointment date, the damaged item’s arrival date and if included, where it was shipped-to. 

- Touch the camera or video icon and take time and geo-tagged images and video of the item’s damage; when you’re satisfied, select the ‘Annotate’ feature to use pen, arrow and note tools, accurately identifying and commenting on any damaged areas of the item.

- When you’ve documented the damaged item, add your signature, click ‘done’ and send.  It’s that simple!
