Felicia Galata

Felicia Galata has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. From 1987 to 1988, they worked as a Claims Adjuster at Pilot Insurance. Felicia then joined Ponton Coleshill Edwards as a Claims Adjuster in 1988 and continued until 2008. From 1988 to 2008, they also served as the Vice President of Sales Marketing at McLarens Canada. In 2009, they joined ClaimsPro Inc. as the Vice President of National Business Development and held this role until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Felicia served as the Vice President of Corporate Accounts at DKI Canada. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of National Business Development at ClaimsPro LP, starting from October 2022.

Felicia Galata, CIP, CSP obtained their CIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada in 1990. In 2013, they also earned their CSP designation from The Canadian Professional Sales Association, with a focus on Selling Skills and Sales Operations.
