Ian Johnston

Ian Johnston is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims adjusting and management. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Adjuster at ClaimsPro Inc. since August 2019, Ian previously held the position of Branch Manager and Insurance Adjuster at SCS Insurance Adjusters Ltd. from May 2005 to August 2019, managing a large territory in Northern Ontario. Ian also operated an independent adjusting office, Fleming Adjusters Ltd., from 1998 to 2005, demonstrating a strong background in multi-line claims. Ian's career began at RSA in 1990, progressing from Claims Trainee to Assistant Claims Manager, gaining expertise in handling complex accident benefit files. Ian holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Laurentian University.
