Iciar Cerquella is an experienced international leader and recruitment professional with a strong background in IT consulting and human resources. Currently serving as the International Leader at Claire Joster since March 2023, and as RPO National Leader and Regional Leader at Eurofirms People First since December 2018, Iciar has previously held various roles at Randstad España, including Team Leader Technologies and Senior IT Consultant. With specialized expertise in executive recruitment, talent matching, and strategic client consulting, Iciar has a proven track record in the IT sector, as well as experience in leadership roles in education and commercial sectors. Academic qualifications include a degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Superior Technical Degree in Early Childhood Education from Fomento-Fundación.
