Ashwani Kapur has a strong background in IT service delivery and management. Ashwani began their career at Capgemini in 2006 as a Desktop Support Manager and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they joined Meggitt as a Global IT Service Manager and held this role until 2021. Currently, Ashwani is working at Claire's as the Global IT Service Delivery Manager, responsible for managing global IT support processes and the Service Desk and on-site technical support functions at the European and North American headquarters. Ashwani will soon transition to the position of Director of Global IT Service Delivery.
Ashwani Kapur obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from The University of Wolverhampton between the years 2001 and 2005.
