Carmen Bauza

Carmen Bauza is a board member at Claire's and was previously the Chief Merchandising Officer at Fanatics, Inc. from January 2019 to April 2021. Carmen has also held the title of Senior Vice President Merchandising at Five Below from March 2002 to April 2004. Carmen has over 20 years of experience in merchandising and strategic planning.

Carmen Bauza graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Business from Seton Hill University.
