Jennifer Kozelek

Jennifer Kozelek has had extensive experience in payroll management spanning over several companies. Jennifer started their career at NCO Financial Systems in 1991, where they served as a Payroll Manager, overseeing day-to-day payroll activities and maintaining payroll tax accounts. Jennifer also provided technical support for the Ceridian Time Professional time system and handled yearend processes.

In 2009, Jennifer joined MedImmune as a Senior Payroll Manager, where they led a finance project to change the Chart of Accounts and coordinated payroll activities for a government contractor.

From 2012 to 2016, Jennifer worked at Kraft Foods Group as a Payroll Services Delivery Manager. Jennifer coordinated payroll activities for a complex workforce of approximately 25,000 employees in the US and Canada. Jennifer also managed special payroll projects, including year-end activities and acquisitions/divestitures.

Jennifer then joined The Kraft Heinz Company in 2016 as an Associate Director of Payroll, Time, and Labor. Jennifer assisted with payroll-related activities for a large workforce of approximately 25,000 employees in the US and Canada. Jennifer also played a key role in payroll system harmonization.

In 2016, Jennifer joined KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation as a Payroll Director, reporting to the VP of Shared Services. Jennifer managed a team of 5 and supported various departments across multiple locations. Jennifer also led the reorganization of two teams to create a consolidated lean team.

Jennifer's most recent role was at ATI Physical Therapy, where they served as the Director of Payroll and Shared Services. Jennifer managed a third-party vendor for accounts payable and travel expense processing and handled policy exceptions and escalations. Jennifer also created a disaster recovery plan for payroll.

Jennifer currently holds the position of Global Payroll Director II at Claire's since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the North America Payroll Director at Claire's from October 2021 to December 2022.

Jennifer Kozelek attended Milwaukee Area Technical College from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science.
