Julianne Burton

Julianne Burton, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager of HRBP Field Functions at Claire's since May 2016. In this role, Julianne acts as an escalation point for field associates and provides guidance to District Sales Managers on employee relations matters. Previously, Julianne spent over 11 years at Target in various positions, including Human Resources Team Member and Guest Service Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing employee schedules, benefits administration, training coordination, and driving team performance. Julianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Northern Illinois University.
