Bertrand Hermez

Bertrand Hermez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate finance. Currently serving as Managing Partner and TMT leader at Clairfield International since July 2010, Bertrand specializes in M&A advisory. Previously, as Managing Director at Quilvest, Bertrand created and managed the Corporate Finance division focused on M&A and capital raising. Bertrand's earlier roles include Director of M&A/Restructuring at Deloitte, where expertise spanned M&A transactions and corporate restructuring across various sectors, as well as Director at Apax Partners, overseeing M&A and management of private equity funds. Bertrand's career began at BNP Paribas and Natexis Finance, where foundational skills in corporate finance and project financing were developed. Educational qualifications include a degree in Finance from emlyon business school and a CA in Corporate Finance from ICAEW.
