Mounavya Aligeti

Mounavya Aligeti currently serves as the Director of Strategy and Business Growth at ClairLabs since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Strategy and Implementation Lead and Client Services Manager at Indegene from 2021 to 2025, and a brief tenure as Manager of Operations and Product Services at Bharat Biotech in 2021. Mounavya also worked as Lead Project Manager and Scientist at Advanced Therapies, LLC from 2018 to September 2020, and founded Srihi Global Signatures Pvt. Ltd between September 2016 and February 2018. Earlier positions span from Operations Manager at Duke University Health System to Laboratory Operations Manager at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, along with roles as Analyst at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and Research Fellow at the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). Mounavya’s career began as an intern at Indian Immunologicals Limited in 2008. Mounavya holds a Master of Technology in Biotechnology from Amity University and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
