James Faure is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in data science and artificial intelligence. As the Founder and CEO of Clairo AI since January 2024, James focuses on enhancing data privacy and environmental sustainability in the Generative AI sector. Concurrently, as a Strategist at Atadgen, James provides tailored data strategies to executive leaders. Previously, James served as Lead MLOps Engineer at CX Studio, where expertise in Generative AI was leveraged to improve customer service operations, and as Data Scientist at Calligo, where James led the development of an AutoML tool named Alphi. James has also contributed to academic research on deep learning at Stellenbosch University and held positions as Data Analyst at Parent Sense and Data Science Consultant at figgy. With a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Stellenbosch University, James combines technical knowledge with entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded The Loft Events Co and participated in launching a bar.
