Alexa Gilberg

Alexa Gilberg is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at Clalit Health Services since June 2020, where responsibilities include leading recruitment processes for technical and medical roles and utilizing advanced HR systems to enhance recruitment efficiency. Prior to this role, Alexa worked as an Administrative Specialist, managing clinic operations and performing various administrative tasks. Alexa gained HR experience as a Human Resources Coordinator for Israel Police from April 2018 to July 2020, focusing on interviews, background checks, and candidate support. Alexa is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management at Bar-Ilan University and will continue to a Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting and Development at The College of Management Academic Studies.
