Elias Castel is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology. Since 1997, Elias has served as the Director of the Israeli Center for Treatment of Morbid Adherent Placenta at Sheba - Tel Ha SHomer Hospital, while also managing the Cesarean Section Unit. Elias has been practicing as a High Risk OBGYN at Clalit Health Services since December 2015 and previously worked at Maccabi Health Services from 2000 to December 2015, specializing in high-risk pregnancies. Elias obtained an MD in Medicine from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 1976 and 1982.
