Lior Gilo

Lior Gilo currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Emek Medical Center under Clalit Health Services, overseeing a hospital budget of 1.2 billion NIS and playing a key role in strategic planning and financial policy. Previously, Gilo held the position of Head of the Budget Policy Department at Clalit Headquarters, where responsibility included developing pricing and payment policies and launching collaboration projects during the COVID pandemic. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Ministry of Health Israel, where Gilo supervised financial performance for public hospitals and contributed to national reform in hospital resource allocation. Gilo’s educational background features a Master's degree in Social Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Economics, and Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
