Michael Avnimelech

Michael (Micha) Avnimelech possesses extensive experience in strategic investments, mergers, and acquisitions, particularly in cross-border transactions. Currently serving as Chairperson of FRESCO COLORS and an International Partner at MilleniumAssociates AG, Micha also holds the position of Executive Chairman for MnA Team, focusing on mid-market M&A. Additional roles include being a Member of the General Board at Clalit Health Services and serving as a Director for various companies across multiple sectors since 1971. Micha co-founded UNIMA Group, an investment and management organization with a focus on health industry growth, and previously held key positions in M&A Worldwide and Cukierman Mergers & Acquisitions. Micha holds an MA and BA in Economics and Business from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has further education from the International Monetary Fund Institute.
