Nir Shalom is a seasoned product innovation manager currently leading digital product development at Clalit Innovation since September 2020, where responsibilities include enhancing market fit and user engagement through service design, AI integration, and analytics. Prior experience includes serving as a product manager at Matrix, where innovative Legal Tech products for the Israeli Ministry of Justice were developed, and at Nekuda DM, where user research informed product initiatives for Samsung. Nir has a strong background in business development, having initiated lead generation activities and created product strategies. Additional experience includes product management at LINKR of things and senior product design at NEKUDA DM, along with entrepreneurial efforts on a dog wheelchair invention, Amigo. Nir's educational background includes a B.A. in Industrial Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design and further studies at John Bryce and the Israeli Export Institute.
