Ben Phillips

Ben Phillips is an experienced engineer with a strong background in electrical and instrument engineering. Currently serving as Engineer III at PUD No. 1 of Clallam County since December 2016, Ben brings significant expertise from previous roles, including as Electrical Reliability Engineer at Port Townsend Paper Corporation, where improvements to electrical systems were implemented. With prior experience managing design engineering at Westport Shipyard Inc., and supervising instrument technicians in a busy paper mill environment, Ben has a solid foundation in project management and system design established during their tenure at multiple companies, including Magna Force Inc. and Rayonier. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.
