Lisa Al-Hakim is a dedicated professional in harm reduction, currently serving as a Harm Reduction Specialist at Clallam County since June 2022. With a long-standing commitment to this field, Lisa has also been a Consultant and Director of Operations at The Peoples Harm Reduction Alliance since January 2014, where the organization provides peer-run syringe access programs across five counties in the Cascadia Region. Additionally, Lisa has been involved with the Idaho Harm Reduction Project since May 2019 as the Chair of the Board of Directors, focusing on community safety through evidence-based programming and education. Educationally, Lisa attended Boise State University from 1999 to 2003 and is currently enrolled at Shoreline Community College.
