Stephanie Downs

Stephanie Downs is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Clancy since January 2019, Stephanie has previously held significant positions including Head of Supply Chain at Thames Water, where responsibilities included developing and implementing a multimillion-pound supply chain strategy. Additional roles at Thames Water involved performance management and contract oversight related to clean water networks. Prior to that, experience with Reed Learning encompassed the implementation of diverse learning service projects and effective client service management. Early career roles included positions at REED and Tyco Electronics, focusing on recruitment and commodity buying. Stephanie holds education from the University of South Wales, Elmwood College, and Glenrothes High School.
