Chad Cowger

Chad Cowger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chad began their career as a Field Artillery Surveyor in the US Army, where they served for six years until their honorable discharge in May 2004. Following their military service, Chad joined McKenzie Construction Corporation in 1999, starting as an Intern/Field Engineer/Project Manager and worked there until August 2004. Chad then moved on to Clancy & Theys Construction Company, where they held various roles including Senior Project Manager and currently serves as a Project Executive, starting in May 2022.

Chad Cowger attended Old Dominion University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering Technology.
