Dawn Smith

Dawn Smith began their work experience in 2002 as a Clerk at the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk, where they stayed until September 2005. Dawn then transitioned to Payless ShoeSource, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from May 2002 to February 2008. Finally, in February 2008, they joined Clancy & Theys Construction Company as a Project Manager Assistant, and their tenure with the company continues to the present.

Dawn Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from South University between 2009 and 2012. Dawn also completed a Certificate of completion in Office Technology at Dover Technical School from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, Dawn has obtained various certifications including Notary Public from the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State in September 2014, NSC First Aid, CPR & AED from the National Safety Council in August 2021, Security Officer (Unarmed) from the NC Private Protective Services Board in June 2022, and Archery Instructor Training from the National Field Archery Association in April 2012.
