Fleming Herring, PE has a strong and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Fleming started their career as a Project Manager at First South Properties USA, Inc. in 2006 and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they joined Clancy & Theys Construction Company as a Project Manager and worked in various roles including Senior Project Manager and Project Executive until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President / Raleigh Division Manager at Clancy & Theys Construction Company.

Fleming Herring, PE obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University in the years 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university.
