Joe Rider

Joe Rider has a diverse background in the construction industry. Joe started their career as an intern at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in 2006, where they assisted in the construction of various projects. Joe then joined the company as a Project Engineer in 2007 and held this role until 2012. During this time, they gained experience in project management and engineering. In 2012, they worked as an Estimator for Lambert Landscape Company, specializing in high-end residential landscape construction. In 2013, they joined Southern Botanical as an Estimator for residential and commercial landscape construction projects. In 2014, they transitioned to Satterfield & Pontikes Construction as an Assistant Project Manager, and later became a Project Manager in 2015. Currently, Joe is working at Clancy & Theys Construction Company, where they initially served as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2019. Joe then progressed to Senior Project Manager until 2023, and now holds the position of Project Executive.
