Lee Maizel

Lee Maizel, SMS, CHST, currently serves as the EH&S Division Manager for Florida at Clancy & Theys Construction Company, having rejoined the firm in January 2023. Previously, Lee owned LM SURETY, LLC since August 2018 and was the Environmental Health & Safety Manager at Clancy & Theys from December 2004 to August 2018. Lee's career began in the hospitality industry, where various management positions were held at Marriott International from June 1994 to December 2003, overseeing properties such as Courtyard, Residence Inn, and TownePlace Suites in South Carolina and Virginia. Educational background includes attendance at Virginia Tech from 1989 to 1991.
