Samuel Dennis has a strong background in construction and project management. Samuel started their career at Stokes Construction as a Handyman/Laborer in 2011 and worked until 2012. Samuel then joined Garmon Mechanical Service as an HVAC Service Technician Assistant and System Installer from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they briefly worked at SWIFT as an Assistant Superintendent. Samuel then joined Frank L. Blum Construction Company in 2017 and held the positions of Field Engineer from 2017 to 2019 and Assistant Superintendent from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Project Superintendent at Clancy & Theys Construction Company since 2020, and as of now, they hold the position of Project Superintendent.
Samuel Dennis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Appalachian State University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Procore Fundamentals from Procore Technologies in April 2017, OSHA Hazard Recognition Training for the Construction Industry- 30 hours from the American Safety Council, Inc in January 2016, OSHA Hazard Recognition Training for the Construction Industry- 10 hours from the American Safety Council, Inc in November 2015, Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED from the American Heart Association in October 2018, and Photovoltaic Associate from NABCEP: North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners in September 2017.
