Andrew Murphy is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, personal injury claims, and various legal consulting roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Clapp Moroney since May 2012, Andrew manages lawsuits focusing on general civil litigation, products liability, and real property damages, among other areas. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Brown Eassa & McLeod LLP and Yaron & Associates, where Andrew handled toxic tort cases and participated in all stages of litigation, respectively. Andrew began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Rudloff Wood & Barrows and as a Legal Extern for the Honorable Jeremy Fogel, enhancing legal research and motion drafting skills. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Japanese from the same institution.
