91% of all HR measures require works council approval. The approval process between HR and the works council generates costs of €15.1 billion per year across Europe.

We reduce these costs by 30% by legally automating the approval process – powered by our specialized SaaS BRbase and HRflows. BRbase and HRflows are both brands of clarait.

What clarait offers:
✓ Smart request creation – HR submits complete approval requests with AI-powered legal guidance.
✓ Guided council review – Works councils review, approve, and document resolutions with structured, automated support.
✓ Seamless continuation – Approved processes flow directly into the HR information system without delays, e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and so on.
✓ Waterproof compliance – Legal certainty through integration of leading labour law expertise.
